During this webinar, Carr Allison attorneys Brett Adair and Melisa C. Zwilling will discuss several important topics that employers and insurers need to know regarding COVID-19. The discussion will include the current status of COVID-19 vaccinations nationwide, whether employers should mandate vaccinations for their workforce, safe workplace practices and more. Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act and OSHA will be among the laws discussed. Continuing education credit is available for the state of Alabama and applications for CE credit have been submitted to the states of California, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi and Texas.
