Cancellation Policy:
Since we must guarantee our attendance with the club no later than 7 days prior to the event, there will be no transfer of reservations to future meetings after 11 a.m. CST on the Wednesday before the meeting. If a request is made prior to 11 a.m. CST on the Wednesday before the meeting, the reservation may be transferred to a future meeting date. Please note, no fees will be refunded for any reasons.
