Cancellation Policy:
Attendance commitments must be finalized with the host venue no later than seven (7) days prior to the event. Accordingly, requests to transfer a registration to a future meeting must be received by 11:00 a.m. Central Time on the Wednesday preceding the event. No transfers will be permitted after this deadline.
Approved transfers may be applied to a future DCA meeting and must be used within any timeframe established by DCA. Transfers are granted at DCA's sole discretion.
All registration fees are non-refundable. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, partial attendance, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, weather conditions, emergencies, or any other circumstance. By registering for the event, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
