For $250.00 you get:

- 5 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to introduce yourselves and advertise your business
- Receive one (1) complimentary lunch registration for meeting. Any additional members of company should register separately.
- Consider co-sponsoring with other vendors.
Please arrive by 10:45 am to disperse materials and set up banners at sign-in table before registration begins. Registration and buffet normally opens at 11:00 am with meeting start time of 11:20 am.

Present at a Luncheon
If you are interested in presenting a TX approved CE course at an upcoming meeting, please review the chart below for any open slots. Then contact DCA VP Education at education@dallasclaims.com\
Rules:
⦾ Must have a TDI Provider Number - please provide with your request along with your presentation topic.
⦾ You are responsible to bring any sign-in and evaluation forms for the state.
⦾ You are responsible for getting your CE approved by TDI. Please provide the final name and course number no less than three weeks before the event; along with speaks headshot and bio.
⦾ Presenter should arrive no later than 10:45 am - with presentation on flash drive - for sound check. Presenter should eat lunch before the meeting starts at 11:20 am.
⦾ One (1) complementary lunch is included for presenter. If more than one presenter is present, they will need to register and pay online.
⦾ Unless the event sponsor, you are not allowed to place material on tables.
