Luncheon Speakers FAQs

Please advise VP Education (education@dallasclaims.com) of any speaker contact information to post and changes at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting.

We suggest 10:30 a.m. arrival time to set up your laptop and projector for power point presentation. Your complimentary lunch will be from 11:00 a.m. until presentation start at 11:30 a.m.

Please bring your presentation on a flash drive. VP Education or Venue will provide a laptop.

Provided:
• Podium & Microphone
• Laptop (optional)
• HDMI Cable
• Multiple TV screens

You MUST bring provide your presentation ahead of time or bring on a USB stick. We suggest bringing your own USB Bluetooth clicker to change slides. You may bring your own laptop.

Please make sure to add DCA's Introductory Slide as first and last slide of your presentation- to be shown during the meeting - before and after your presentation.

!! All sessions may be recorded. They will be posted on the member's only website for posterity unless otherwise requested by presenter.
