Cancellation Policy:
Since we must guarantee our attendance with the club no later than 7 days prior to the event, there will be no transfer of reservations to future meetings after 11 a.m. CST on the Wednesday before the meeting. If a request is made prior to 11 a.m. CST on the Wednesday before the meeting, the reservation may be transferred to a future meeting date. Please note, no fees will be refunded for any reasons.

Luncheon Sponsor:


Dallas Claims Association understands many of our member's hesitation to join our in-person luncheon. For this reason, we have made a Zoom option available. A link will be provided after registration.


DUE TO DALLAS COUNTY ORDER, WE HAVE MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS TO ENSURE EVERYONE'S SAFETY:

  • On-site registration is not allowed. You MUST pay online.
  • The country club requires all guests to wear face masks when entering and moving about the club.
  • Social distancing was considered in use of rectangle tables and chair spacing.
  • Once seated for lunch, we do not expect guests to wear their masks.
  • We will not have a registration table.
  • We will not hold the door prize raffle.


NOTE: If you would like to order a vegetarian entree for the luncheon, please email Arrangements Chair Taylor Jones at arrangements@dallasclaims.com in advance of the meeting.
