Please join us after the presentation concludes for a live Q&A session!<br /><br />Beer Contamination Investigations is a one-hour course designed to help participants understand the growing craft beer industry, the microbial and chemical contaminants commonly and uncommonly encountered in the brewing industry, and the investigation of these contaminants. The course will detail the process for identifying the sources for microbial and chemical contaminants to help with evaluation of the brewer’s standard operating procedures. Participants will also learn to identify red flags that suggest a possible risk but can be easily addressed, and/or if there is possible subrogation.
